Love Button (by Evolved) Vibrator Review

I’ve been a little skeptical of  Evolved Novelties for a cool minute, none of their toys have a deep enough rumble for me. But they’ve expanded their lineup sooo much in such a short amount of time and some of the new pieces looked soo cool.I remember when I first dived into the world of sex toys Evolved’s  Marilyn was my go to- I loved that toy soo much. It was strong (at the time) it had the cutest shape and was super non threatening. Now many years and soo much education later I can’t image leaning towards it. But out of the crowd of new toys one stood out to me….The Love Button. That deep curve screamed G-Spot! And that rotating button!

The product description roped me in: “This silky smooth, sensual massager indulges your love button with a unique clitoral bead nestled under a sheath of luxurious silicone. With a separate motor and multiple speeds, the bead flicks up and down like a tongue, building your orgasm deep and strong, mimicking the best oral pleasure you have ever experienced! A G-spot shaped shaft completes the erotic journey, which you can also enjoy in the shower or bath since the Love Button is completely submersible.

Bill Watterson said it best when he said “I find my life is a lot easier the lower I keep my expectations.”

Right off the bat I can tell you what I didn’t like.

  1. The vibration was lackluster, light and buzzy, but I had come to expect that from Evolved. I thought “hey this is magnet charged and with the rad vibration in their clitoral Pretty in Pink I was expecting more, but hey C’est la Vie.
  2. That bead. I had soo much riding on that bead. I always heard such amazing reviews about prostate toys with beads from my penis bearing clients, so I was ready to jump on the bandwagon. I had readied my body, but alas nothing came of it because it didn’t even hit my clit. As a lady of size I know a thing or two about living in world where mostly everything is made with a certain shape in mind.
  3. The lack of flexibility in the body was a downer, I tried to angle myself in a couple of different way to try to really make a connection, but I might as well have been trying on skinny jeans two sizes to small.

The Love Button is designed to tease you with a ton of possibilities, but it fails to live up to many of them for one simple reason – it’s sooooo short. Which at first I didn’t think would be a problem. I assumed becasue the clitoral part stood out quite a ways that it would still accommodate.

Some of my favorite G spot toys are also on the smaller  and after all, the g-spot is located anywhere from 1-3 inches up the front vaginal wall so a maximum insertable length of 3-ish inches should be enough to do the trick. That tidbit of knowledge I picked up from the fabulous Dangerous Lilly.  The hook in this G spot toy is just too short to really stimulate and the vibration which is super surface and buzzy doesn’t  make up the length.

The bead? It’s supposed to stimulate like a tongue….maybe this was created by someone who’s never had a tongue on their clitoris. The bead didn’t reach so I

Couldn’t find a way to achieve dual stimulation, but when I was able to get that bead action is was all much ado about nothing. The bead barely made a difference, although it might also be that I was just annoyed with it in the end that I couldn’t get back in the mood.

Some pluses I would give the Love Button

  1. The magnet charge feature is a plus and I hope they continue to go with it. Waterproof and completely submersible.
  2. 7 speeds on shaft and 3 speeds on clitoral stimulator for variety.
  3. The separately controlled motors makes it easier to adjust the simulations you can enjoy

Overall it was kind of disappointing because had they spend more time designing it it could have been a great toy.  I would give this one a 4 out of 10.
